    Locked myself out of C:?

So basically when i was trying to get rid of a virus i deleted everyone's permission to my hard drive so it doesn't get hacked.
There's only "administrator/my desktop name" and it says "C:/ is not available, access denied" when i try to open it.

After what i posted i tried to fix it but i deleted even the administrator and now it doesnt even say trustedinstaller as the owner.
    Edit:
After i tried (icacls "full path to your file" /reset.) just like the tutorial said i got access denied.

I think you have no option but to reinstall Windows 10.

I can't do that. I got so much games that can't be reinstalled, mods, important files
if theres a way to reinstall without losing files i can do it.

    !IMPORTANT I THINK!
I can access everything else (on the hard drive) i just can't access C:/ or anything associated like task manager etc.

Well, that's all a shame. But, unless you have a system image from before you changed permissions, I think you have no option but to reinstall Windows 10.

That will overwrite the whole of your OS drive so you will lose all those important mods & applications.
You could rescue copies of individual files beforehand by booting from the InstallUSB then using its command prompt to get at the drive.
