I can launch everything, im basically a half-admin? i just don't have access to C:/ or folders that been created by me.
If, as you say, you revoked all access permissions then you cannot do anything to get them back.
    - If you had left, say, Administrators being able to get access then that might have given you something to build on for things to be corrected.
    - If you had made a system image beforehand then you could have been back up & running within twenty minutes.

I have no idea what you are trying to say. I thought you were going to attach screenshots.

If you remove rights for everyone admin is a member as well so you lock them out. One way out of this is a create a bootable dvd and convert ntfs to fat32 which removes all file permissions [4 Methods] How to Convert/Change NTFS to FAT32 Without Losing Data - EaseUS

The screenshots had not appeared before. They have now. I think they are saying that you do not have permission to view the permissions.

You could try running Treesize [free] as Admin {portable version} then looking at permissions inside that [same procedure, select something, right-click, Properties, Security, Advanced - then take a screenshot]. The only point in doing so would be to see if you had accidentally not done what you said you had done but had left in, say, Administrators with access to the drive.

I can't run absolutely anything as admin so idk about that, and yes administrators is gone, can't even see it because there's nothing.
