Trying to sign into a microsoft account get's me nowhere.

So, i came to this forum looking for other people, who may have ran into my problem.
I only found one other post, with no replies so...
Like the title says, i can't sign into a microsoft account.
it quite literally won't let me, and i'm not even joking about that.
I went to change from a Local account to a microsoft account, hit the "Sign in with a microsoft account instead" button, to be greeted with... Trying to sign into a microsoft account get's me nowhere.-qs6fgus.png this.
I thought, "Odd but okay... lets just google it"
To my avail, i found a post on the windows site with the same problem, turned out the guy/girl who had the problem, turned off Internet explorer... Which i did as well, i turned it back on...
No problem, Go to change it again... and same thing.
Honestly, all i want to do is get rid of the retarded Windows Game Bar...
You may be asking why... Because every time the thing pops up, in battlefield... Not any other games, Just Battlefield, It causes it to crash, wether it's just the game or the PC that crashes with it... I'm tired of it, and i've yet to find a solution.
Oh, and one other thing, i went directly to the source of the Game Bar(Xbox App), hit sign in, i get farther than the "Account Settings" crap, and still get greeted by this screen. Trying to sign into a microsoft account get's me nowhere.-hzzkx3e.png
I hit Ok, and it shows the "Sign in" button, with an error code at the bottom of the xbox app screen, 0X3FB.
Yet googling this error code has not helped at all.
I'm out of idea's at this point, and i've about had it with Microsoft and their retardation.

Edit: I actually found a possibly working fix for this.
Hit the windows key and R at the same time, type in "PowerShell", Boot it up, Right click on it in task manager and open file location, now close the instance of powershell running right now, and Run a new instance as Admin, and paste this into it

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

and once it's done, it should show "PS C:\Windows\system32" at the bottom.
From there, go to Accounts in CONTROL PANEL, not PC settings, Hit "Manage another account" and then "Add a new user"
Which should infact allow you to sign into your microsoft account, if you've been having the 0X3FB error.

Don't ask me why, but Microsoft is making Windows 10 even more retarded than Vista...

    i can't believe it!
    IT FINALLY WORKS

i've spent countless (ok, not that many) hours trying to fix this thing and nothing ever worked. so i gave up. then after some two months i decide to try again and just when i was about to go all "screw it" again, your blessed post shows up. And what do you know? IT FREAKING WORKS!

i HAD to register just to thank you.
    so... Thank You!

You helped me avoid the bitter taste of defeat to the stupid 0x3fb (i actually memorized the damn error code) a second time.
