windows 10 keeps asking me to sign in with my microsoft account

I newly installed Windows 10 Home on my granddaughter's computer. I couldn't find a way to enable a "local account" during the setup screens so I hit the skip I'll do it later button. About every 3 days now when she wakes the computer the setup screen for signing into your Microsoft account appears. She doesn't have an email and I do not want her info going to MS. How can I get these sign in screens to not display and stick with a local account?

    From the Tutorial section:
Switch to Local Account in Windows 10

    also
How to Tell if Local Account or Microsoft Account in Windows 10
Add Local Account or Microsoft Account in Windows 10

For interest, the tutorial on clean installing Win 10 has this comment:
If you are installing the Window 10 Home edition of version 20H2 and want to use a local account instead of a Microsoft account, then you will need to temporarily disconnect your computer from the Internet until installation has finished.

If you do not disconnect from the Internet before starting Windows Setup, you will only have the option to set up Windows 10 with a Microsoft account available.

Feel free to search or browse the tutorial section any time.

Hint: an easy way to quickly find a particular tutorial is to start with a normal Google search like this (i.e. don't start with tenforums)

Notice the last two parts of the search string.

    Hi Dalchina,

Yes when I installed 20H2 I did have the internet off as you pointed out. Currently I do have a local account. The issue is that every 3 days or so I get the setup screen blue box, it fills about 1/2 of the screen, trying to get me to sign up with a MS account. They are the same setup screens you see when you do the new install of the OS. Since the user of that computer is 7 she doesn't need to deal with this. I take care of the issue but I don't want to deal with it every 3 days either. I did see a post on the web that said to go ahead and sign up for the MS account, reboot, then go into the settings and switch back to a local account. Does that sound reasonable to you?

Thank you for the clarification. Your first post indicated the account was a MS account.

Your post now indicates it was NOT set up as a MS account.

Just to be sure: use this:
How to Tell if Local Account or Microsoft Account in Windows 10

    Then consider using
Allow or Block Microsoft Accounts in Windows 10
which may stop the problem happening.

Without an MS account apps from the Store may be responsible for this.
Another possibility is if Onedrive is installed and active.

Since the setup screens appeared yesterday give me a couple of days to see is they come back or not. If they don't come back I'll post it and marked it solved then.
    Thanks,

In addition to the above, there is a way to use the Store even if logged in only with a local account..
Use Local account with Windows Store

Apps are registered and installed per user.
