I have an acer laptop with windows 10 pro software. After the laptop boots up, the login asking for password will not come up. Any help is appreciated, Thank You.

Hi, history please:
- when did the laptop last boot successfully? Was that with Win 10?
- what happened that might have led to this problem?
... e.g. failed upgrade, power outage (without the battery), some action you took...
- did you have any other problems before this occurred?
