Windows Account Problems, since auto-upgrade to 202H?

At least once-a-day I get a Windows Notification to fix my Windows Account?

You simply need to log into your Microsoft account to fix that annoyance. Windows just needs you to phone home so to speak

I always click on the win notification to fix/ enter Pin- I get a blue spinning ball... that doesn't go away until I move the cursor. The next day it just comes back?

In settings... I have Share Accounts Enabled, and I don't have a cell phone/tablet/another computer-
    Should I disable this?

Go to Settings- Accounts. Click on Manage my Microsoft account. The browser will open to the MS sign in page. Sign in to your account there. This action will verify your account thus the notification should stop.

If you have no plans or need to share, suggest you disable. One less thing for MS to squawk about !
