    I am getting the following error: "Transaction support within the specified resource manager is not started or was shut down due to an error (0x80071A91)" while executing DISM repair command.

    I run dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth /source:wim:<path to install.wim>:1 /limitaccess with error 6801: "Transaction support within the specified resource manager is not
    started or was shut down due to an error."

    What I have tried so far:

    attrib -r -s -h %SystemRoot%\System32\Config\TxR\*
    del %SystemRoot%\System32\Config\TxR\*
    fsutil resource setautoreset true c:\

    What procedure am I missing to get it fixed?
