    How to restrict simple local accounts to not change any setup


    How to restrict simple local accounts in Windows 10 to not change any setup or configuration of any application.

    For example, to not change or quit antivirus program or to not close or quit Skype or whatever application that is running in the Windows Notification Area.

    How can you do that?
    Can't think of a complete solution- there are more ways to block access than to stop changes being made or processes being terminated.

    Hopefully someone who's tried to do this will add more.

    I suggest you set UAC to its highest level then experiment to see if there are specific issues remaining that you can investigate individually.
