When you get your system back in operating order, it would be wise to do a System Image Backup to protect against issues like this and others....software, hardware, or user inadvertent error. It is recommended by virtually everyone on Tenforums.

To which "this" are you referring?
- If you are following the tutorial Bree suggested in the very first reply to your question then what you need to do at each step is explained in detail. So which step are you at?
- If you are following a different procedure then state what it is and which step you are at. If, for example, you are trying to manually enable the Built-In Admin as suggested in post #11 then that account has no password.

A 'Password reset disk' is not a boot disk; it is a single file despite its name. It is no more than an expensive alternative to writing a password down on a piece of paper [a method which also works for MSAccount-linked user accounts, unlike Password reset disks].

The procedure identified in post #2 is a complete solution to the OP's problem.
