Sounds like you are signing in with a Microsoft account. You cannot remove the password from a Microsoft account, but you can switch from using a Microsoft Account to using a Local account. You can remove the password from a local account.

Switch to Local Account in Windows 10

I have been trying to deleted the password
    Please define your objective.
1 You say you are trying to delete the account then say you are just trying to delete its password.
2 When you refer to deleting your "Microsoft account"
    - - do you just want to remove the user account on your computer that is MSAccount-linked / stop it being linked
    or
    - - do you want to delete the MSAccount that exists [online] independently of whether or not you use an MSAccount-linked user account on your computer.

Creating a Microsoft account is like making a deal with the devil.
    Don't do it. Not ever.
