Bypassing the login screen after restore from sleep or hibernation

I have my desktop set up to boot directly into Windows when starting up, that is, no password. I would like to have the same behavior when I restart after sleep or hibernation, but I can't find a way to do that.

You need to turn off 'Require sign-in on wakeup' in Settings, but there's a catch - you'll only be offered that option while your account has a password. So if you don't have a password you'll have to first set a password, then you can turn it off. Afterwards you can remove the password, the setting will still be in effect, even if you no longer see it displayed as an option.

The Require sign-in option will only be available if the account has a password....
