Loss of Administrator status seems universal; where's universal fix?
This is pretty outrageous! I did not bargain for hours of my time to figure out the new, improved Windows 10. Not only did I lose admin status, half of my bookmarked favorites have disappeared.
I've seen the "take ownership..." articles, and a lot of this stuff is unclear to me. I'm just an average schmoe, not a pro! I can tell from the welcome screen that the system is defaulting to a second profile that I created that does not have admin rights. So, where is my admin profile? I can't even find it to try to log in using that. What I WANT is to get back to that and not have to jerry rig some permissions and NOT to have to spend hours getting my computer back to where I could find things.
Windows 10 - you were supposed to improve my online experience!!!!! VERY disappointed so far.
PS - it says I have 30 days to go back to Windows 7 or 8.1 and that option should show under the settings/security window. It's not there. How do I go back if I decide to do that?
