How to recover Deleted user and its files in WIndows 10 ?

Recently I was trying to remove local account from my pc (Windows 10 Home)
And I Google it out Microsoft official was showing steps to delete local user,
But , I accidently deleted my main user account which I use With all the files in it and every thing in it
And this whole process was done through CMD (mentioned below)

Steps to Delete a User Account in Command Prompt
Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard, select Command Prompt (Admin).
Type net user and hit Enter to list the user accounts on your device.
Type net user "User account " /delete and hit Enter to delete the user account.

[/I]After doing When I Restarted my pc I was unable to login
Some how I created new user and login to My pc
But all my main data in user folder and all the setting, tweaks, ect.. are gone
Is there any way to recover my deleted user account so that I can get all my data back.

    If Yes :) How ?
If No, is there any other way to get my all setting and theme back
    * My Sync your setting was on previously

    Thanks in advance

Hi, again and again tenforums members advocate the routine and regular use of disk imaging (e.g. Macrium Reflect - free/paid + external storage for sets of image files).

Had you been using this (I assume you weren't) you could have restored a disk image and restored everything to as was hopefully without technical help.

I hope someone else can suggest more.

Just to check- did you have any sort of backup of your data? Otherwise you might be able to recover some files using e.g. a live boot disk to boot your PC (why? - because the more you use it, the more chance of deleted files being overwritten) and a program such as Recuva (portable version available if it's not already on the live boot disk).

I am a Windows 7 person, I have successfully in the past copied folders and files out of my non-deleted acct over into the built-in admin acct. However, the question is: are the folders/files of the deleted account still existing somewhere on the hard-drive? I do not know how to answer that question. If that set of folders/files were not overwritten, there must be means to recover said set. This might involve something strong like MiniTool Professional Data Recovery or anything similar.
Whatever you do, try in every way to not write on that hard-drive. Safest thing to do now with any recovery attempts is to create DVD or USB boots (with the data recovery stuff on same) on another computer for use in this one.
