Can not change MS account to local account

I am running 2004 and I set up my laptop with a MS account, I dont like the fact that it shouts my full name everywhere but the setting does not appear anywhere to log in as a local account which it should and I have followed many guides to fix this and none of them did fix it. Is there anyone who could help me?

Look in C: Users... Phone will be first 5 numbers. Email will be first 4 letters of the name you use in your email.

The name of my users folder is my first name then the first letter of my last so 5 characters. I did not register my account with a phone number either

Well I cant do anything since everything I have tried to get the “log in with local account instead” to apear it doesnt. I have looked at all of tutorials and none of the things to fix that work.
