Microsoft Account and Windows Hello PIN

Last weekend I wiped my SSD and re-installed Windows 10 Home Edition and subsequently the upgrade to Windows 10 Pro and Microsoft 365. Windows 10 version number 20H2. OS Build 19042.662.
Install and 365 download went as expected, but I made two errors for which I am at loss as to how to correct and (if possible) the sequence of correction.

ERROR 1: Have had a Microsoft Account for years and do not require a second account. Yet, rather foolishly, during re-install of Windows 10 I entered my company email address in error rather than my existing Microsoft Account email address. Net result is now the not needed/not necessary Microsoft Account is listed as Administrator. Is there a safe method to delete the second Microsoft Account while retaining the original account?

ERROR 2: Believing it was a requirement to do so, I provided a 4 digit PIN, which activated Windows Hello, a "service" neither necessary or desired as this laptop has one user. Is it safe to delete Windows 10 and, if so, by what method? In which order?

Thanks in advance for any help or guidance to resolve these problems.

Hi, these may be of help:
    - removing need for PIN:
Remove PIN from your Account in Windows 10

    - changing email address associated with account:
Change Primary Alias for Microsoft Account

You could, of course, create another or even more accounts and delete the first.

As for 'deleting' Windows- you can delete all the partitions comprising Windows (typically 4 for UEFI), keeping any data partitions. That's normal when clean installing, for example.

Thanks! Your suggested solution proved far simpler than what was anticipated.

Mm- it's rather unfortunate that setting a PIN suggests to some that they then don't need to know their password- but they do!
