Password is missing from sign-in options

    Password is missing from sign-in options


    This is on the wife's DELL Laptop I was working on. "Here's the post" My wife wants me to change the login password from the one that I created. No big deal I thought. Now the thing is that option is not there. How do I find this option?? Thank folks I really appreciate your help

    Wouldn't you know it!! Just after I post this I run across a fix. Regedit

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\PasswordLess\Device.

    Set:
    DevicePasswordLessBuildVersion to 0 and reboot. The option is there now.
