    Safe mode boot hell

    hi..
i followed one of the suggestions to enable boot mode. that was to use msconfig and set the boot mode option. i just had it on minimal boot settings, what my problem is that when the boot mode comes up, it prompts me for a password for the MS account. i Enter the correct password, (it is the same account that i use on my laptop - so i know the password is correct). but the problem is that when i enter the password, it says it is invalid. i tried booting up the win 10 dvd, and used the command prompt to the the bceedit remove safemode thing, but it just comes up with a bcd store mot found (when i did go to the dos prompt, my c: was actuallycoming up as I:),
how do i fix this so that i can just boot into my normal windows ?
