Dad needs administrative account on son's laptop w/o Microsoft account

When he is logged in, create an Administrator account for yourself.

Then, change his account from an Administrator to a Standard user.

Don't know if you're a parent or not, but it's a fine painful line between discipline and resentment from the child.
