There is another way in Troubleshoot.

Select Command Prompt.

Run the DISKPART commands above to find the Windows drive, exit, and change to that drive letter.

Enter cd windows\system32

To uninstall -

Run this command in the format -

Enter wusa /uninstall /KB:kb number

Example -

wusa /uninstall /KB:4537821

Also works well in an elevated Command prompt in Windows.
