    Hacked Microsoft Account?

Hi, first of all I'm new so I apologize if I am breaking any rules in this thread.

Now here's my problem. I am a very active user of my pc. I used to login each and every day with the same password, which I entered hundreds of times. However, a few weeks ago I was unable to login. My password was changed.

Normally you would just use the 'forgotten password' button, which I did. It turns out however, that I no longer have access to the email my Microsoft account is registered under. So I did the checklist of personal questions, but after weeks of failures I have pretty much given up hope.

I tried asking for help on the Microsoft website, but you had to register for help. Not much use there. By now I'm willing to register a new account to my pc, but please if any of you have a better idea that might help, it's welcome. I'm willing to try anything at this point.

    Thank you in advance.

First, Microsoft doesn't make it easy for us to fix our Microsoft accounts. I've tried and failed.

I don't know if this will help, but here's a link for either signing in or creating a new account. It may explain enough to get you going again.

Don't know if you've tried the support request but worth a try. It even allows you to enter another contact email.

That means you've tried working through this procedure, I think.

What were you unable to log in to: your PC or your MS account on the web?

If you can log in to your PC but not the web, but the PC acct is an MS one, then create a new account on the PC (local or a new MS acct if you must), and walk away from the old MS web acct. If the PC acct is local, then just create a new MS web acct (if you think you need one). If you have important stuff saved 'inside' the MS web acct, then you need their help to sort it out.

If you can't log in to your PC, then you need to perform some form of recovery - see Reset Password of User Account in Windows 10

I have and use an MS account (on PCs), but am gradually coming to the realisation that they are more trouble than they are worth. I don't use any of the 'sharing' features, I don't have compatible mobile devices - I let Firefox handle keeping my browser setups synchronised.

I am unable to log in to my PC, not my MS account. I tried the link you posted my case is not in one of those, I think. You got any other ideas? Perhaps how to change an account from the login screen?

The links tell you how to change your password. Have you tried? If it fails, then in what way?

Option one: Unavailable as I did not make a Password Reset Disk.
Option two: Unavailable as I don't have access to any search box or taskbars.
Option three: Available, but I already tried tens of times even today and can't request any more for the next 24 hours. For some reason none of my security question answers seem to be correct
Option four: Unavailable as I don't have access to neither the email or phone number registered for the MS account.
Option five: Unavailable as far as I know. I can't seem to find those three security questions as seen on the ss of option five.

I forgot to mention that the phone number's last two digits don't seem to match with my current, or previous phone number. Might this also be a hint that someone else is entering their information as mine?
