One PC, two accounts, one licence?

    Hello there,

I'd like to know if I need two separate Windows 10 licences if I want to use one PC but with two different A/D accounts. The background is that my company wants to give every employee one account with and one account without admin rights.

    Thank you for your help.

Hi and welcome to Ten Forums.

No, one Windows 10 licence is for one computer. You can have as many user accounts as you need on it, no additional licenses needed.

    Hi @Kari
slightly off the point here - but is it possible on Windows to have the same User Id (logon id) to logon in several languages -- it's too much of a pain having a separate user id to switch languages.

No, it's not possible. Display language can be set per user profile. Another language, another user profile is required.
