Windows 10 wants to get rid of Local User on Logon

Sorry for the cryptic title, let me explain.

Almost every time I log into my NUC (used only for watching Movies and TV Shows) Windows 10 displays a screen filling dialog (can't close it) asking to change to a Online Account. (sorry no screenshot available yet will post one when I have it)

Normally you have 2 buttons on it, one to change it and one to dismiss the screen

Yesterday the dismiss button changed to will remind again in 3 days.

My question is HOW can I get rid of that screen?

Ps: Windows 10 Home x64 is at the latest version (April 2020) and fully up to date. (Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19041.508])
PsPs: Local user (which I use to logon) is NOT admin and is password protected

Thx in advance for any pointers

If you can't use screenshot while it's onscreen then take a photo and post that [as well trimmed as you can manage].

Your description does sound like yet another deliberate MS annoyance dialog. I have not seen this particular one, hence my interest.

Here's the tutorial set for the currently-known deliberate MS annoyance dialogs
Turn Off Windows Suggestions - TenForumsTutorials
Turn Off Windows Welcome Experience - TenForumsTutorials
Turn Off Suggested Content in Settings - TenForumsTutorials

In case somebody suggests looking at How to Disable Get Even More Out of Windows - MajorGeeks, note that Brink has looked into that and thinks it's wrong [as explained in a post in one of the tutorials].

    Thx.

I will, when the dialog shows again take a picture, so please bear with me as it could take another couple of days.

But it's very strange that I don't get the same screen on my main PC (Windows 10 Home as well) on which I also use a Local User.

Does CTRL+ALT+DEL not work to give you access to Task Manager (so you can see what processes are running)?

Some deliberate MS annoyance dialogs are set up to appear at uncertain intervals. Perhaps your main PC will get one at some other time.

Looking forward to seeing the picture,

Will try that, stupidly enough I didn't do that yet.

    I hope not hahahahahahaha

    Will report back

    - - - Updated - - -

I have been looking online, but not exactly the same but this is approx what the screen looks like

Windows 10 wants to get rid of Local User on Logon-get-more-out-windows.jpg

Here a topic about it on another site

Windows 10 is nagging users with upgrade setup notifications

Edit: PS: All the notifications settings (mentioned in that site) on my NUC are not turned on (unchecked) and still receive that screen.
Edit2: I don't have a Microsoft Account on that PC, not even in store. As the only app on that NUC is VLC and Total Commander (only use it to watch movies as it's connected to my TV)

The one you posted is catered for in the first of the TenForumsTutorials links I gave you.

But if it's not exactly the same then that's no use to you.

You have checked the illustrations in the other TenForumsTutorials links I posted for you?

    @Try3

Not yet, reason being, I was waiting to check those links after I could take the screenshot because suppose one of those settings changes makes the screen doesn't show again then No Screenshot

I checked one of the links: Turn On or Off Get even more out of Windows Suggestions in Windows 10 and there is mentioning of the key "UserProfileEngagement" and I don't have that key in the NUC

    1 Very wise.
2 Those tutorials also include mention of which Windows 10 Versions they apply to. Some of the MS annoyances can be turned off in Ver2004 but not Ver1909 because the necessary Registry entry was only created in Ver2004, just by way of example.
3 I do not know what NUC means.
