Windows 10 not recognizing Administrator account

    By default any users account files have special permission and even as admin you cant simply access them this is due to Data protection as if its in a work place and you could get to other peoples files it could be a breach and the same at home you partner may not want you reading there docs

    I can open edit and save others files, it's my own I can't edit and safe, or my own email as the ?.PST file is with \documents at ..\myusername\documents\outlook
