No if you scroll to Enable or Disable Built-in Administrator in Command Prompt at Boot section of the tutorial you will see the instructions for enabling Administrator account from Windows Recovery Environment.
Direct link to the section mentioned => Enable or Disable Elevated Administrator account in Windows 10

    I hope this helps!

    Success!!! Hooray!!! Rejoice!!!
After enabling the elevated administrator account, I was able to get into the Windows.
Now, it looks like it made a clean new install and all my programs are gone, but I can handle that.

Now, must I use the Administrator each time. Or, will I be able to change the password on the original user account?
Also, since I have edited the registry a couple of time, is there something I should change back?

Thank you, everyone, for your help and patience is solving this problem.

Open the Command Prompt as a administrator and reset the password for user you want.

    Code:
    Net user UserName *
Replace the UserName with user account name you want to reset user password.

You can hit Enter key to reset the password.

Windows build-in Administrator account has full system privileges to make any changes to Windows, this account should not be use as regular user account for security reasons and should be disabled after you have finish your work within Administrator account.

    1. To disable build-in Administrator account login to any user account that is member of the Administrators group.

    2. Open the Command Prompt by typing cmd.exe into Start Screen or Start Menu, right-click on cmd.exe, and open it as an administrator.

    3. Type following command and press Enter key.

    Code:
    Net User Administrator /active:no
Above command will disable the build-in Administrator user account. If needed you can enable it by entering following command.

    Code:
    Net User Administrator /active:yes
