So, do I want to Enable it, or Disable it?
Enable it so you can manage user account from Administrator account.
Success!!! Hooray!!! Rejoice!!!
After enabling the elevated administrator account, I was able to get into the Windows.
Now, it looks like it made a clean new install and all my programs are gone, but I can handle that.
Now, must I use the Administrator each time. Or, will I be able to change the password on the original user account?
Also, since I have edited the registry a couple of time, is there something I should change back?

Open the Command Prompt as a administrator and reset the password for user you want.
Replace the UserName with user account name you want to reset user password.Code:Net user UserName *
You can hit Enter key to reset the password.
Windows build-in Administrator account has full system privileges to make any changes to Windows, this account should not be use as regular user account for security reasons and should be disabled after you have finish your work within Administrator account.
1. To disable build-in Administrator account login to any user account that is member of the Administrators group.
2. Open the Command Prompt by typing cmd.exe into Start Screen or Start Menu, right-click on cmd.exe, and open it as an administrator.
3. Type following command and press Enter key.
Above command will disable the build-in Administrator user account. If needed you can enable it by entering following command.Code:Net User Administrator /active:no
Code:Net User Administrator /active:yes
