Windows thinks I have an account and pesters me now

I am Admin (v 1903) but today I get these messages or ads when I open settings. How can I block them?

I do have a MS account for Skype (which they own) and have it set to run without signing in (am signed in). And can sign in and out of Skype when I wish.

I have no other MS account and do not use or want OneDrive and do not have to sign in when Windows opens at start, but do have to click "Admin" name box after sleep mode.

See this tutorial: Uninstall OneDrive in Windows 10
I uninstalled OneDrive as soon as Windows 10 was installed.

Thanks, i just now did that. I feel stupid for not realizing that OneDrive is an app.

Further, though I had tried System Restore before posting this thread, after posting I went further back to an even earlier restore point, and THAT removed the "messages".
