Message at desktop login

Hello

So today i turned on my PC (have fast startup enabled) and when logging in and going to desktop like i normally do, Windows just stayed at the username screen and after that i got a smaller window with some options to configure, i think they were the Privacy options but i can't remember.

I had to 2 options

1) Skip
2) Continue

So i clicked on "Skip" and i could then log in. But this seemed at little strange for me, it was almost like AFTER you just finish installing Windows 10 and it asks you the same thing when configuring Windows.

Is something wrong ? I mean should i worry about this ?

This happens every so often to all of us.

Your computer does not have a fault. There is nothing to worry about.

Only after you eventually update to version 2004 will you have an entry in Settings that allows you to suppress this annoying & unjustified hijacking of your computer.

If so, then it's normal. Happened a few days ago for me and it freaked me out a little until i learned that it is completely normal and happens once in a while.

Damun i am not 100% sure if it was EXACTLY that message but it was DEFINETLY something similar. It might've been that one but there were a lot more options. I think some of them were regarding privacy and windows speech.

I had 2 options :

1) Skip
2) Continue instead of "Let's go" as in the screenshot

I clicked "Skip" and then i got to desktop.

I think it was another message though because i remember there were more options. It was also in blue background just like after W10 install is finished.

One thing i forgot to mention, perhaps it doesn't matter though, i'm on a desktop PC not a laptop.

I can't remember the exact message that i got, so i am also not 100% sure that the message in the picture was exactly as mine....possibly there were some more options. Maybe it was in the language of your system?
This has possibly something to do with what options you chose/skipped during windows install and maybe it offers missing options? I have only seen it once and I could be wrong.
But i also clicked "skip" and the system went to my desktop immediately.

It was definately something similar for me. And yes, it does look like when win10 install finishes.

I am on desktop too and I don't think that it matters if it's desktop or laptop - it is a function of windows, and completely normal.
