I have a local account not a microsoft account and I just boot straight to desktop. No password required or any button pressing. If I sign out all that's required to login is click my username on the lock screen.
Where is a safe site to download the Quick User Manager you show?

Well I did not mean that you should download it but if you want to try make sure that you read all of the instructions.

    Quick user manager

Don't mess about with moving folders!

    Or change names or privileges.

Also regarding wake from sleep. I don't think that this has been posted:

Turn On or Off Require Sign-in on Wakeup in Windows 10

    Note: Personally I disable hibernation.

Not the tutorial as such, but it was covered in post #3 with specific reference to the option being unavailable if the account has no password.
