Lost Account Picture On Lock Screen

    Greetings,

I hope this finds you all well. I tried switching to internal graphics on my new machine. I removed the dedicated graphics card, as I am getting another, and I wanted to send the current one back before the new one arrives.

I had nothing but grief after removing my card. The screen froze, went black, etc. I have a 9900k in an Asrock Z390 Phantom Gaming ITX/ac.

That is not the purpose of this thread. I put the card back in and things are back to normal. I noticed now though, that my lock screen photo is gone. It seems rather silly, but it's a picture of my kids.

Can anyone give me process to get the picture back. It's also my account picture.

    Thanks,
    Graham

    Thanks dal,

Actually, I'm trying to get back the picture that shows in the circle in the middle of the lock screen. I have the background set to Spotlight and that's OK.

The circle is still there, but it's a generic avatar. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Graham

Yeah. The account photo that shows on the login screen. It's just changed to a plain avatar. The picture of my kids is gone.

    Thanks

Your first post referred to the lock screen which is quite different.

I use Google to search for
    change login screen avatar

Only you will know where the image is on your PC or you will need to search for it.
