I don't think it's really a folder naming problem. The actual folder with my music is still there and named Music. The problem is just in the Folder section in File Explorer>This PC.

I was having this exact same problem when changing locations, a folder was somehow renamed. Using the information in this thread I was able to fix it by:
Right click the misnamed folder under the "this pc" designation click properties > location tab > Restore default button
click apply
If it asks you to create a folder click yes
you can select yes to move all the files if you want, unless you are going to change the location again to where the files are actually located, then you should select no (otherwise you will be copying twice in the end)
close the file browser, go to task manager, find windows explorer, right click, and restart.
open filebrowser, you should see you renamed the folder to its default value. You can no go and do whatever it was you were doing before.
