Information so far indicates a faulty/failing keyboard on that one laptop. An external USB keyboard will test/confirm whether it's just the keyboard itself, or something more wider.

Interesting that it occurs after the second letter and the environment remembers and swaps letter.
Would really like to see alternate keyboard test.
Does this laptop have a battery that can be removed easily?
Are you comfortable in BIOS, even just to reload defaults?
no i am not going to play with BIOS
this dont happen all the time but most of times
Reloading defaults in BIOS is not playing. I do understand.
Asking again, does this laptop have a removal battery?
the battery is quite old dont work anymore
Well if it is removal.
Unplug from wall, removed battery, let laptop sit for 10 minutes, try power button.
Re-assemble, plug in and power on.
The goal was to remove all power from system and to allow it to reset itself. No guarentees but this reset can clear some issues.
