slow login after turning off internet explorer

a few days ago i decided to turn off he internet explorer feature
after the restart i typed my PW in the lock screen and got the turning wheel for like a minute.
on another restart it was slow too,but not as much.
but after getting into the desktop i could see the icons on the right in the taskbar slowly showing one by one.(which never happens,it's immediate usually).
went into event viewer a saw two new events:
EventID 6003 –The winlogon notification subscriber <SessionEnv> was unavailable to handle a critical notification event
EventID 6000 – The winlogon notification subscriber <SessionEnv> was unavailable to handle a notification event.
if it persist I'll try to turn IE on again.
    any idea what going on?

IE has always been so integrated with the OS, I have never disabled it even though I have used Firefox since Win 98.

i already saw this and what seem to be related to my case is "A service failed to start.",maybe they refer to the IE i just turned off or is it a service related to it,idk but none of their solution seems to be relevant.
i saw that <SessionEnv> is 'Remote Desktop Configuration',so maybe i got 'compromised' since i was late to update the latest nsa/microsft patch which is also relate to RDP ?

i usually try to avoid messing with stuff since by my windows experience, the less you touch it the better it behaves,
but i saw that there was a new vulnerability in IE that microsfot intend to patch only next month,so i thought since it has become obsolete maybe i should get rid of it.(learned my lesson once again)

I use both Firefox and IE... I don't have a problem with either browser.
Have you tried the solutions, or did you just think "no, that's not it"?
If you think you may have a virus or malware, what Anti-virus/Anti-malware do you use?

1.no issues in lack of system resources on my part
2.if the registry is corrupted,I'm not going to mess with it and risk of braking other stuff in the process.I'm better of dealing with it until my next system reinstall.
3.no errors in event viewer/system apart from the infamous DistributedCOM that now appears as a warning instead of an error.

i don't think i have a virus/malware it was more of a pleasantry, plus i think the latest vulnerability was more related to an os flaw.
    (i use comodo cis).

    Thanks for trying to help.
