W10 phantom user account...how do I get rid of it

For some reason that user account does not exist not much i can do to delete that user account.

In netplwiz is the checkbox for Users must enter a user name and password checked?

LCDR. ....Thank you. The box was not checked. Checking it corrected the problem. How did you deduct that was the problem?
