    Help me recovering a friend's Hotmail account


    Hello.

    A friend of mine (here at Spain) is trying to recover his Hotmail account which has become blocked because of too many attempts to enter an invalid password.

    We have tried several times recovering the "lost" password but to no avail. We have received a code and after answering several questions still no luck. Any ideas on how to proceed from here?

    Any ideas on how to contact MS directly?

    Very strange!

    A friend of mine had the same problem a couple of months back. They also used the "Lost Password" route and were sent a password. I must admit that they had to retry a couple of times [sent 3 passwords] but it did eventually work!

    Good day.

    The issue we are having is that when asked for previous recipients and Message titles my friend isn't recalling any. So MS replies that they do not have enough info to validate.

    Perhaps a new account will have to be created if you can't establish identity.
