Hi,

W10 Pro, Version 1909 Build 18363.476

I will try to keep this brief but be patient please.
I have 3 devices sharing my windows profile, pc, mobile and xbox one. All was great until my office 365 and outlook stopped syncing. I did my best to resolve it and ultimately got sucked into the microsoft lab rat troubleshooting scenario. Because of those steps I have more issues all microsoft server side related.

In trying to resolve the issue support had me jumping through hoops as you can imagine. I had no fear because I use macrium reflect. Well, pc is fine but now I have 2 address books, mobile does not sync with my pc and I have 2 user accounts causing the problem.

1. The original account associated to my username yahoo email.
2. New outlook email that is both a full account and alias of the original which is causing the problem.
3. Naturally, I now have dual contacts on my phone and only 1 set on the PC which is not complete but I am not concerned at this point with what I lose only that I can resolve the issue.

I would like to keep the outlook and ditch the original but I can't delete the original or change it because the 2nd (outlook) is an alias of the first. I am chasing my tail here and can't find a solution. I feel I could delete the outlook created curing the tech support fiasco and that would resolve all the address book problems and none existent notifications from mobile to pc but then I lose all my saved emails and contacts that function perfectly inside of outlook.

Thoughts and advice please, Andre
