Ways of login to Win10

Hi. Can you advice about installing Win10 in my small company? I have 4 computers. Each with new clean sdd and I bought Windowses 10 Pro. After installation I will have to choose type of login account. My questions:

1. Is it better to create one single MS account (one for company) and use it on every pc?

2. If (1) is YES, should I create additional local accounts for employees which they will use for log in?

3. If (1) is No, I assume there should be separate MS account on every pc for logging in? Or:

4. Maybe I should not use any MS account. Only local ones?

Which way would be better? I know MS accouns let syncing, onedrive login etc. But to be honest I don't think we need such features. Only office365 will be installed on 2 pcs. But as far as I know office uses different accounts. No relation to Win10.

Normally there is one administrator account that is the same for all computers. In your situation I would say make this a Microsoft Account. The employees should have their own, local standard accounts. The reason for this is that you, the administrator, need to keep control of the employee accounts.

That being said, I don't have Office 365, so I don't know how that works with local accounts.

Each user needs their own Local login. Letting them log in with their Microsoft Live account on systems owned by your company, is just plain dangerous.

Thank you for your suggestions. I believe there is a step during the installation process when Windows is asking if it will be managed locally or as organisation. This is my second doubt. If I decide that there will be one MS account for the company + local accounts on computers - should I choose the "managed by organisation" option during each installation process? I cannot find information what this "managing by organisation" exactly mean...

The managed by organization setting refers to being connected to a domain controller server. Your computers will not be connected to a domain controller server, therefore you would select the personal use option.

Managed by an Organization is using the system on a domain or through a service like Microsoft’s Intune, which I use.
