Windows 10 Hello facial recognition feature

Recently I was forced to do a complete recovery of my HP laptop. Prior to that recovery the facial recognition feature worked fine. But since the recovery, I cannot get it to function again. I have gone to settings: accounts; sign in options; and attempted to get it reinstalled with no success. I get a message that the feature can find no compatible camera. which is absolute BS as it worked fine before the recover procedure. Does anyone have a solution to resolve this?

Sounds like a driver issue with the camera: MS requires special IR (infrared) capabilities from cameras for Windows Hello facial recognition to work. You should visit the HP support pages, and make sure you've got the right driver installed for facial recognition.

I must have the correct driver,because the feature worked fin before I did the "Recovery procedure".
