    I use the last two options. Using the location tab folder to point to my data HDD and sym link strictly for Outlook data files that I want to backup and keep. It also frees up considerable GB of space on my OS drive. LOL.

    I do use the user folders for quick access (which is why I redirect them to my data HDD). It keeps it organized for me.
    @andrew124C41: Instillation? Wow. I really want to know how that's done considering we're not dealing with any liquid materials... LOL. j/k - maybe fix the spelling.

    @neomatter. lol sorry about that. I am a retired doc and must have had instillations on my mind ;-)
    Makes me think of a joke about a HS football player who is flunking out of school. Coach tells him all he has to do is get one letter write in spelling one word and he passes and can continue to play. The word is the noun...the brown drink most Americans have first thing in the morning. He flunked. How did he spell it:
