Profile picture not updating

Hey guys...I changed my profile pic in Outlook and on my windows 10 PC it's setup to sync..it's still the old picture...usually it uodates...any ideas?

Even the apps have the old pic

I know that way it will work but how come Cortana shows the old pic on the left hand side..I click to sign out and in and I choose Microsoft account and it's the old pic

Ill wait this time...the last time I changed my pic it didn't sync...I clean installed signed in with ms account and it synced right away but I'm not doing that this time lol

Ok signed with a local account back to Microsoft account profile pic not syncing..

It would be faster to change it in Settings than wait on it to sync.

Ok so I'll wait again until.tomorrow morning...did it also change in Cortana.
In Cortana theirs the side pic and the notebook pic...did it change everywhere for you?
