Admin Password problem

Hi,

I have recently been having problems with my admin password. I had a similar scenario about 2 years ago, but one of your people fixed this issue by adding a new admin identity. I typed in, NewAdminPrimary with a password of either 1234 or 12345. He also advised me to make NewAdminReserve with the same password. Everything was fine until about 1 month ago. At first, I was informed that my password had expired. I tried both admins but neither would and still does not work. I am now unable to install any software or updates that will require administrator permission because of this cursed password issue. You helped me before so PLEASE Help me again.

I will try to anticipate some probable question to save your time. I have not altered or fiddled with the registry in any way, I have not installed pirate copies of any programs and I have not deleted any files other than one I made or was advised to make. In fact, if this laptop was a baby, I would be a candidate for Father of the Year.

p.s. Sorry, I forgot to mention that the last software I tried to install without admin permission, had the following message:

Error 5: Access is Denied

So your signed in as a standard user on your account? If you try and login with the other admin users dont you get an option to change the password
