Profile causing issues need a specific fix to avoid breaking software

    Hi Guys
I use OneNote 2016 and one of my Keyboard shortcuts has stopped working. I use Ctrl + Alt + M to move items from my Inbox to other folders. For some reason it has stopped working all my other work !!!

I have checked other apps to see if it conflicts but cannot find any also checked my language region settings all look fine.

I have created a new profile and the shortcuts work. So i guess i have a corrupt profile (i also have a issue with the calciualtor being transparent when i pin to taskbar).

Is there a way to create a new profile without changing my name as i have software that requires my name to be same as my other PC's

(If using XXXXXXX without using a SQL/PhraseExpress server, one license can be used by one person on up to three computers on which you use the same user name (on Windows, this is the Windows user name (not the Microsoft account name. )

Can this be fixed without creating a new profile or doi have to go down the new profile route?
If so how do i do this please?

    Thorrrr

Can you create a new temporary profile - make sure it is administrator. Copy all your data files from your old profile to new profile. Delete old profile. Restart computer. Then recreate the old profile using the same user names it had before?

Is there a tutorial showing how to do it and what to copy over?
