Had a Rebuild trouble with all the Passwords and have a multitude of

Hello Need some help please? I have a Lot of Issues with this PC after a rebuild and all the Passwords they keep asking for very confusing, I will take this over to User Accounts as a New thread and insert the attachments that tells the story better than I can

First is Owner - Prior to re build - DELL DESKTOP - VVBUPK70 appears in the USERS not the latest oneTo the New DESKTOP - U8NO6BT
Multiple Usernames, User Accounts that are not in C/Users, and this is affecting Locating files, Permissions and Profiles
and I believe that is why, when I go to open some Folders on W D EX HDD (E:) I cannot find the files I have placed there? What do you suggest or have any Idea how to sort all this out please? Regards Dasha

As far as you email goes simple click the "sign In" link and put your user name and password in. Your trying to create a new account by your picture.
Only you have any passwords that were in use on your computer and accounts.
I don't understand what you mean by Rebuild Do you mean you reinstalled windows? or did you replace hardware like Mother Board and CPU?
I hope you created a Image back up before you did the rebuild????

Yes" I was just showing (screen clip) a bit of why I believed I have all these Passwords, Profiles and accounts etc? When that comes up repeatedly 30 seconds after creating that acc and I try and go back and open it and it asks for the same again it on many occasions there has to be a problem
The same applied with Google all Account, Facebook - Link Facebook signing in using your User account with google or Facebook Microsoft Account etc
and that meant I was making password on password account on account , then it won’t accept my Gmail or username as it that account is already in use make a new one
    ????

They installed a New Main C (0) HDD Image Backup HDD C\ crashed but I had Google Drive/Phitos and OneDrive And wiped the old (13 years) W D EX HDD which I replaced with I TB - WD EX HDD Passport
A Long and another story…… expensive story too
All I did was try and set up the new HDD and re-install all my Apps, Programs and Settings and this is where I finished up?
I am very very unsure about doing a Clean install and I was hoping to get around that but I can try and follow others or Brinks Tutorial's seem excellent I just wanted an opinion from someone who knows whats best Regards Dasha

Well you could try a Repair install, but it sounds like the C: drive back up did not work so most likley you will have to clean install and reinstall all your software and hardware drivers.
For the future would recommend that you install a copy of Macricum Reflect Free and create drive images on a regular basis. Kari has created a very good tutorial on how to use MR. Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect
