Two of us use Windows 10. Recently our two accounts seem to have become linked in some way - eg our Word documents will appear on each others list of documents or our desk top pictures appear on the other one's desktop. How can we unmerge??

Two people using the same computer with two separate user logins?
Are the accounts local or Microsoft, meaning when the computer was set up did either or both of you use an email to set the account?
Are you using Microsoft Office 365 on one or both accounts?
Just trying to see if we can narrow down where the problem might be.
When exactly did the problem start, after an update or upgrade, new software installed etc.?
