You can use any or all of these snake oil products, they do not completely work. There is no expectation of privacy if you use any Windows Product. Telemetry exists in Firefox and even in Ubunto.
Interesting Title ... (2019 Guide) - Fall Creators Update ... purports to be a 2019 issue but quotes the title of the fall 2017 upgrade - I wonder how much of the content is as sloppily put together?
As I understand what telemetry is and what it is used for I basically ignore the paranoia, that surrounds this which is usual for an OS.
Also my own experience suggests that this sort of "messing about" to remove the so called "Spying" lead to instabilities in the OS which come back to bite the user in the A$$, in the form of crashes and failed updates
Even disabling privacy settings without 3rd party apps causes serious issues. MS lets you to disable them, because they were forced to let users to do it, but do not expect any support, once something gets broken, expect very descriptive error messages, like: "Something went wrong." 10 was designed to work with those features in mind, they are interconnected, disabling one breaks another and so fort.
Every one of these Programs are what they use to call snake oil. Telemetry is what it is and in this age there is No expectancy of privacy on The Net!
