    Password change

I restarted my laptop suddenly had to change my password. I'm the admin and i turned this off. now i cant have the same password because it doesnt meet the required length complexity ect.
i have everything turned of in secpol.msc and it still wont let me change my password. the notification i get is the following
resetting my password with command promt
its in dutch but i have all the settings turned off in secpol.msc
the weird thing is if i try to reset my password with ctrl alt delete i get the same msg but with domain on the end.
but my laptop is not part of a domain
how can i solve this ?

Are you using a local account or a Microsoft Account?

MS accounts usually look like an email address.

Could you translate dutch message, please.

    it's a local account
    > the password does not meet the required demands for the password policy. check the minimum password length , password complexity and the demands for the password history.

Any chance you have a recent system image? or maybe a valid restore point?

Is there a possibility that when you restarted the 1809 Feature update was applied.
