Can't browse to my user account location, must enter path manually

I'm setting up a new computer, and I moved the content files (Documents, Downloads, Music, Pictures, and Videos) to my secondary hard drive using the Properties, Location, Move method. Now when I navigate to the Users file on my C drive I only see the Public folder. If I type in the full location (C:\Users\Rache) I can see everything that should be there. Is there any way to make the Rache folder show up inside the Users folder again? Is it going to cause any problems that it's not showing? Thanks for any help or suggestions you can give me!

What do you see in the Navigation Pane under Users/Rache ?

And there should be other folders besides those you moved...still there:
