    Windows 10 no admin account

How do you make a admin account when there is none?

I have two local accounts that are not admin, I cannot make any changes since I’m not a admin.

This is on windows 10 home so there is no group policy.

    Hello David,

You could use Option 5 to enable the built-in Administrator account in a command prompt at boot.

Afterwards, you can sign in to this Administrator account to change any of your other accounts to be an administrator.

The way many end up in this situation is when they change their account from an administrator to a standard user to be 'safer' of the web, forgetting that you need at least one administrator account and should have made another one before changing their own.

    This tutorial can help.
