    ''Other User'' account can't go back to administrator Problem


    Hi, i would like to ask some help regarding my bf laptop. Earlier today, as I open his laptop I click this button says '' Other User'' because I didnt know his username and pw. Sadly, as I want to turn back to his regular sign in options. The "other user'' didn't go back to administrator. Help me out. Thank you

    There is no actual account called 'Other user'. That is what Windows displays if it is set up to automatically sign in as a user that doesn't exist on this PC. It can equally well be read as 'Windows didn't recognise that name'. Click OK and a list of available accounts will appear at the lower left corner (which may well still include 'other user'). Click on a name to sign in as that user. You will of course need the password for that account to be able to sign in.
