    sign into Windows at startup

When the person built my PC he did not enter and password to sign in. I used to see my Microsoft account password.
Google is outdated as it no longer shows a place in accounts to sign in with MS address.
How can I create a setup so I can sign into Windows at startup with my MS password? Is there anymore to it than that such as synchronization? I do not want to change my MS amount or password.

Go to Settings/Accounts/Your Info. Under your user name, what does it say? Does it say Local Account or Microsoft Account? If it says Local Account, click the Sign in with a Microsoft Account instead.
If it says you are logged in as a Microsoft Account, go to Sign In Options here you can assign a pin and a picture etc

It says manage my MS account and stop signing in to all MS apps automatically.
It does not say what you have written but does give a lot of options when you click to manage.
That is where I get confused because nothing seems to say anything about signing in just changing etc.
