    lost password for the gmail used to login into 'Microsoft Account'

    guess this account goes to sites like live.com

    how change email? cant find it anywhere

    Hi win10user999

    go to

    account.microsoft.com

    Enter your user name and then go through the forgot password process.

    I assume it will send confirmation to actual gmail account on google server if that is the account recovery process you used. That or it will text you on cell.

    If you've forgotten gmail password, on google servers, then you have to go through their "Forgot" password process.


    Once you are in your Microsoft Account and through the "Forgot" processes you should be able to able to change your recovery options.
