Rename/change User account in File Explorer

Rename/change User account in File Explorer-user-accounts.png

This is what my file explorer looks like. The only user account in the control panel is TimB. I want to get rid of or rename the defaultuser1.ASUS5 account and the trgra account. I've read various account of how to fix this, but none of them exactly fit my situation.
    Please advise.

    Hi - tutorial:
Change Name of User Profile Folder in Windows 10 | Tutorials

non-trivial- make sure you create or update your disk image before doing this.

I do hope you use disk imaging or something equivalent routinely as is so often advised to help you protect your PC and data and recover without technical help when things go wrong. E.g. Macrium Reflect (free).

Ok, I renamed the trgra folder to what I wanted. Now how do I get rid of the defaultuser1.ASUS5 folder; it's not listed in the control panel.

    And thanks!

That's not a familiar name. Assuming there's nothing related under Users (Settings), have a look at what's in it, decide what you want to do, back it up just in case anyway, then delete it. If you can't because of permissions, you can use a 3rd party tool such as Emco MoveonBoot (free) or delete by booting to a command prompt, else use a live boot disk.
